Yes! Stylingsensationz LLC specializes in caring for naturally curly, coily, kinky, and textured hair while prioritizing healthy hair and scalp care.

At Stylingsensationz LLC, beautiful hair begins with healthy hair and scalp care. Our approach focuses on maintaining the integrity, strength, moisture, and long-term health of your hair while helping you achieve your desired look.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive on time with your hair properly detangled unless a detangling add-on service has been booked. This helps ensure your appointment stays on schedule and allows enough time for your full service experience.

Why do I need to complete forms before my appointment?

Required forms help us provide safe, personalized, and efficient services by collecting important information regarding hair history, allergies, sensitivities, policies, and service expectations.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes! Consultations are recommended for first-time color clients, extension services, major transformations, corrective services, or clients unsure about which service to book.

How do I book an appointment?

All appointments must be booked online through our booking system to ensure proper scheduling and preparation for your service. You make book here

Is a deposit required?

Yes. At StylingSensationz LLC, a 50% deposit is required to secure every appointment. This ensures that your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. As a natural‑hair salon, services can occasionally overlap due to the unique needs of textured hair; however, you can rest assured that no other client is ever booked at your exact appointment time. Your slot is your dedicated time, and the deposit allows us to honor that commitment without double‑booking or rushing your service. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service total.

What is included with my service?

All services include:

Professional shampoo service

Deep conditioning treatment

Scalp-focused care

Customized styling experience

Our goal is to support both the beauty and health of your hair.

What happens if I cancel my appointment?

Customers may cancel services at any time; however, cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or may be charged up to 100% of the booked service cost.

No-shows are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.

As a courtesy, clients may reschedule one time without penalty when notice is given at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.

Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to reschedule within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to cancellation fees.

What if I arrive late?

Arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in:

A late fee of $25 and up, not to exceed $50

Modified service time

Or cancellation of the appointment

This helps maintain scheduling integrity for all guests.

What happens during my first appointment?

Your first visit may include a brief consultation to discuss your hair goals, hair history, scalp health, maintenance routine, and service expectations so we can create the best experience possible for you.

Do I need to complete forms before my appointment?

Yes. All required client forms, agreements, waivers, and acknowledgments must be completed before services can be performed.

Failure to complete required forms will prevent services from being rendered.

Should my hair be detangled before my appointment?

Yes. Please arrive with your hair detangled unless you have booked a detangling add-on service. Additional detangling time and fees may apply.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. Stylingsensationz LLC operates by appointment only.

How long will my appointment take?

Service times vary based on hair density, length, texture, condition, and desired style. Please allow flexibility for appointments involving natural or textured hair services, at least 3-4hrs

Can children receive services?

Yes. We are kid-friendly. However, minors receiving services must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Are refunds available?

All sales are final.

Deposits, services, products, memberships, packages, classes, gift cards, and digital purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

If you experience concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

Will photos or videos be taken?

Stylingsensationz may occasionally photograph or record portions of services for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.

Clients may accept or decline media consent within the client agreement form.

How will I receive appointment reminders?

Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent through email and/or text message.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking.

What if I’m unsure which service to book?

If you are unsure which service best fits your needs, please schedule a consultation before booking. We’ll help guide you toward the best option for your hair goals and hair health.

What happens if your stylist cancels your appointment

If your stylist ever needs to cancel your appointment, please know that your time and experience remain our priority. In the rare event that a cancellation is necessary, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered the earliest available reschedule option. Your deposit will be fully transferred to your new appointment date, or refunded if you choose not to reschedule.

At StylingSensationz, cancellations on our end are taken seriously. We respect your schedule the same way we ask that you respect ours, and we work to ensure any inconvenience is minimized and handled with care and professionalism.

Do I need to create a profile and password on Vagaro to book an appointment?

For the best booking experience, please download the Vagaro app and create your client profile using your email and phone number. Your profile allows you to securely book appointments, complete required forms, receive appointment reminders, manage upcoming visits, and stay connected with Stylingsensationz.

Why does my child need a separate profile?

Separate profiles help Stylingsensationz LLC provide the best possible experience for each guest. Individual profiles allow us to keep accurate service history, hair notes, waivers, photos, allergies, preferences, and appointment records specific to each child. This helps ensure personalized care, proper timing, and accurate documentation for future visits.

How easy is it to create a profile and book appointments with Stylingsensationz LLC using the Vagaro app?

Creating your profile and booking appointments with Stylingsensationz LLC through the Vagaro app is quick and easy!

Simply download the Vagaro app from the App Store or Google Play, tap “Sign Up” or “Create Account,” and enter your name, email address, phone number, and password. You may also be asked to verify your email or phone number for security purposes.
