 Yes, Creating a Vagaro Account is a prerequisite for booking an appointment. The process is straightforward, and during registration, make sure to opt-in for promotional emails. This ensures you receive crucial appointment updates, salon news, and exclusive promotions. Opting out has led some clients to miss out on significant offers like Black Friday deals. Rest assured, we value your inbox and will only send promotional content occasionally. 

 We highly recommend that you register for an account using your email address and choose a memorable password, rather than using social media login options. Alternatively, you may find it more convenient to download the Vagaro app, which many of our customers prefer for its ease in scheduling future appointments and resolving any login difficulties. 

 If you’re uncertain about the state of your hair and which services are appropriate, it’s best to schedule a consultation first. This way, your stylist can examine your hair and scalp directly and recommend the right services for you. It’s difficult to make accurate service recommendations without a personal evaluation. 

 The reason you may not be able to book a service could be due to the unavailability of the required time slot. We do not double book and clients are serviced one at a time. It's best to find a date and time that would allow for your complete service to be performed, booking a shorter service to fit into the schedule is not advisable as it may disrupt subsequent appointments or the salon’s closing hours. The service you reserve is the one you will receive, with no additions, as scheduled services are assigned by time required to perform. If you’re uncertain about the services you need, please schedule a consultation or send an email to the business address with your desired services listed, and you will be advised on the appropriate services to book online.

The only appointments that are available is what is shown online. You can add yourself to the waitlist and may be accepted if an appointment becomes available within your desired time and date request.

  At StylingSensationz, we prioritize your experience. Here’s what you need to know:

• To secure your appointment, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to ensure a seamless experience. Each service time is dedicated to one client at a time allowing us to provide focused attention and personalized service.  
• Requiring deposits acts as a deterrent against cancellations, ultimately ensuring that our clients have adequate availability for their appointments.

In the event the appointment is canceled by your stylist, due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued to the customer.

 Please Note:

• Deposits are non-transferable to other services or individuals.
• Any modifications to the scheduled service upon arrival may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• Such alterations could potentially lead to appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
• Before booking, we recommend carefully reviewing the service descriptions.

 If you’ve joined the waitlist due to my schedule being full, please ensure your credit card details are saved in the system. If a slot opens up at your preferred time, you’ll be automatically notified and scheduled.  If you decide you no longer need the appointment, please respond to the confirmation email or cancel directly through Vagaro.   If there is no card on file to charge the deposit, no appointment will be made and you will recieve a notice, if it is denied.

Vagaro is indeed a secure platform. However, if your firewall is raising concerns and you prefer to avoid any risks, you have the option to download the Vagaro app on your phone or tablet. Alternatively, you could use a different device or computer, or even request a family member or friend to book your appointment using their device. Please note that using Vagaro is the exclusive method for booking, canceling, or rescheduling appointments. Vagaro privacy policy can be found here.

 To book an appointment, you must have a credit card on file. The necessary deposit will be charged to your card, and you’ll receive both a receipt and confirmation for your appointment. 

 As a courtesy, customers may reschedule once without penalty provided it’s done at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
