Stylingsensationz LLC is dedicated to providing a professional, relaxing, and healthy haircare experience. Please review the policies below before booking your appointment.

Client Information

We collect basic client information for communication, service records, and safety. You must be 18 years or older to book. If booking for a minor, you must be legally authorized to consent, and a parent or guardian must remain present for the entire appointment.

Healthy Hair Commitment

All services include a professional shampoo and deep conditioning treatment.

Please share accurate information about:

Previous chemical services

Allergies or sensitivities

Medications

Scalp conditions

Overall hair history

Results vary based on hair integrity. Services may be modified, require additional appointments, or be declined if the hair is compromised. Excessive detangling may require additional time and fees.

Consultations

If you’re unsure which service to book or have scalp/hair concerns, an in‑person consultation is strongly recommended. Consultations are stand‑alone appointments and do not apply toward future services.

Appointments & Deposits

Appointments reserve time exclusively for you. We generally do not double‑book. In rare cases, we may need to, and you will be notified in advance.

A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

Booking the wrong service may result in:

Service modification

Service denial

Additional fees

Deposit forfeiture

Cancellations, No‑Shows & Rescheduling

Canceling or no‑showing results in deposit forfeiture and may incur a 100% service charge.

One reschedule is allowed if requested 24+ hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 30 days or the deposit is forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in a shortened service, a late fee, or rescheduling. If rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited.

If Stylingsensationz LLC Cancels

If the stylist must cancel, your deposit will be transferred or refunded.

All Sales Final

All services, deposits, and purchases are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

Liability Waiver

Salon services involve certain risks, including allergic reactions, scalp irritation, breakage, color variation, or temporary/permanent damage. By booking, you accept these risks and release Stylingsensationz LLC from liability except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Photo & Video Consent

Photos or videos may be taken during your service for marketing, education, or promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let your stylist know at the start of your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

Service may be refused for:

Policy violations

Unsafe or inappropriate behavior

Compromised hair integrity

Missing required forms

Scalp conditions requiring medical clearance

Policy Updates

Policies may be updated at any time. All bookings follow the terms in effect at the time the appointment is scheduled.

Booking Agreement

By booking, you agree to all policies listed above. You affirm you are 18+, or legally authorized to consent for a minor.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire appointment. Booking serves as your digital signature.
